Cancellation Policy

No-Show/Cancellation Policy Our Cancellation policy is very strict. We understand that life does happen from work conflicts to familial things, but our job is not to police clients. We strive to provide a personalized experience to all of our clients. When you book your appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that our clients: Cancel 24 hours in advance so that the esthetician may have the opportunity to reschedule another client. All clients who arrive 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time and are still serviced will incur a $15 late fee (this applies to all services and if time available for the esthetician). ALL clients who No-Call/No-Show will be charged 100% of the service(s) cost and placed on BANNED status until reinstated by Bianca. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-NEGOTIABLE
